在州政府的網站上，有一個大幅改造Rancho Cucamonga Metrolink Station 周邊的開發計劃 --- Empire Yards。左圖就是這個計劃的未來示意圖，從這個地方的住家，走路就能直接到達Metrolink的月台。從圖上旁邊的解說文字，可以看到：計劃興建 34戶Townhouse、88戶老人公寓、104戶Studio、兩區公寓，111+95戶。如果計劃實現，似乎在未來，這裏會是住家/商店密集熱鬧的地方。

Empire Yards的描述文字是這麽寫的：

A redevelopment of the Rancho Cucamonga Metrolink station into a transit-oriented village consisting of for-sale and for-rent residences, an intergenerational senior living facility and preschool, a "main street" with restaurants, small retail, a Laemmle Arthouse Cinema and a gourmet grocery market. A new, shared parking garage will serve commuters, providing an easy park and ride option.

緊鄰這個計劃的旁邊，還有一個 Lewis 在2015-16年提交給RC市政府的 Empire Lakes 開發案，根據2016年，當時 Lewis買下這塊高爾夫球場的地時的新聞，他們計劃蓋 3,450 residential units。
