這星期(3/14/2019)的平均房貸，30年固定利率，是自去年2月以來的最低水平。不少人的印象是利息越來越貴，實際上是相反的。當然，有人喜歡拿歷史的最低點來比，其實，那頂多是個閑聊的話題而已。At 4.31 percent, the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate is at its lowest since February of last year.
